Chris Evans – Chief Executive Officer - has over twenty years experience in property development in the South East and is one of the two major shareholders in the Company.  He is the architect of the company philosophy; creating an opportunity for Investors to share in the potential windfall gains following the release of development land by local authorities.  His aim of purchasing land which is both identified and deliverable is at the heart of the Company’s ethos.


Owen Davies – Finance Director - is a Chartered Accountant, who was formerly a partner in a city practice and has held commercial positions in both manufacturing operations and more recently in financial services businesses.  He joined the Company in January 2007 to augment and consolidate the administrative and financial affairs of the Company.

Patrick Butler – Land Consultant - has been involved in land acquisition for the past fifteen years. His speciality is sourcing medium and long term land prospects and he has extensive connections in the UK and abroad.  He is the other principal shareholder in the Company.
