IPP is the UK marketing, administration and distribution service provider for Sustainable Land PLC. Founded in 2004 to provide innovative, asset backed, non-correlated, attractive investment products to Financial Advisers in order to comprehensively satisfy their client’s investment needs, it certainly has provided investment protection against the volatility of stock markets.

The importance of a balanced investment portfolio has long been accepted as vital in order to weather the vagaries of historic managed funds and equity linked investments. IPP's appointment by Sustainable Land PLC has proved immensely successful for both companies, but particularly for IPP’s adviser network and their clients due to Sustainable Land's products providing a real alternative to other more traditional products.

IPP has built a successful network of experienced Financial Advisers who have found the products IPP offer to be of great value in enabling them to offer their clients both ‘conventional’, as well as innovative investments.

The company has been established by senior executives between them with over 100 years of successful experience in the financial services sector. Geoff Iveson, the Founder, is an experienced, successful executive with extensive financial services experience, having joined the financial services industry in 1970 and operated at the highest level. From this experience he has developed an awareness of changing market trends and the ability to drive new opportunities.
