Wokingham

 

The Wokingham site is situated to the North of Wokingham and flanks the A329(M). The site is within 5 minutes of the M4, and 20 minutes from Reading town centre. The site has been identified within the Wokingham Borough Council Core Strategy as one of four strategic development areas which will provide the housing for Wokingham over the next plan period. The North strategic development area will deliver 1500 new homes during the next plan period.
