The land at Radstock is owned by Radstock Land which is a limited partnership in which Sustainable Land is the general partner and responsible for the management of the project. All investors become partners whose risk is limited to the size of the investment they make. Limited partners may not engage in the management of the partnership.

The site is located between Radstock and Midsomer Norton in Bath and North East Somerset (B&NES) and is private land, formerly used for grazing being just over 13 acres (5.4 hectares) in size.

Bath & North East Somerset’s vision for housing, set out in its Housing Strategy is for healthy and sustainable homes for all. A place to live is essential in providing a decent quality of life and in meeting the objective of balanced communities. We believe that our site meets these objectives and offers a viable option for meeting the housing needs of the area.

The Company’s planning consultants are currently promoting this site through the B&NES Local Development Framework
