Sustainable Land is constantly looking for new opportunities to acquire strategic land suitable for astute investors.  We consider many sites, but only acquire those that have a good potential to be released for housing.  Before we acquire any land, our planning consultants carry out a full appraisal of the potential of the site for future development
 
Sustainable Land currently has five sites within its portfolio, two of which have already been sold out to investors at Guildford and Wokingham.  The present investment opportunities are in Bracknell, Berkshire and Radstock, Bath & North East Somerset.  The new aquisition in Fareham, Hampshire is currently being prepared and will be available to investors in early 2009.

All of these sites, are in the Government's target areas for new housing.

Sustainable Land always retains an interest in the sites that it offers to investors, which ensures that there continues to be a common goal.
