The Company is committed to ensuring that its investment land is an appropriate investment for you and consequently will only sell to clients through their Financial Advisers.

We structure our investment offering to give the best guarantee of deliverability for the benefit of both our clients and the Company. Deliverability is the key to successful release for development of the investment as a whole.

The unique structuring of our investment offerings are due to the Company being authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority, No. 465551, as a promoter of unregulated collective investments. At the time of writing Sustainable Land PLC is the ONLY land investment company to be authorised by the Financial Services Authority.
