• Therefore, the company's objective is the acquisition of greenfield and other relevant sites that have been identified in the local draft plan as sustainable for housing and therefore probable release sites for housing.
• Sustainable Land then unlocks the potential of this class of land by promoting it through the planning process in order to secure its release to meet identified housing demand, to the windfall benefit of its investors.
